Higher Thinking Order Skills (HOTS) are important to be applied in learning, especially practical activities the laboratory. This study aims produce a QR-Code-based Basic Physics practicum module with HOTS stage. uses research and development (R&D) model of Walter Dick Lou Carrey limitation stages, namely feasibility test module. Due regulation pandemic, user trial phase was not carried out.
